Acoustic Energy AE1 40th Anniversary Edition

Originally introduced in 1987, the Acoustic Energy AE1 established a reputation for delivering extraordinary sound from a compact bookshelf speaker.

The 40th Anniversary Edition honors that legacy with completely reengineered drivers, including a 125mm hard-anodized aluminum mid/bass driver and a 29mm aluminum dome tweeter.

Its rigid, constrained-layer cabinet construction and twin reflex ports help deliver controlled bass, exceptional dynamics, and a natural tonal balance.

With its warm, expressive midrange, smooth high frequencies, and impressive scale for its size, the AE1 40th Anniversary offers a distinctly musical presentation that pairs beautifully with the Evo 150 SE.
