About Eardrum Audio

Eardrum Audio is a family-run specialty hi-fi retailer built on a simple idea: great sound comes from systems that are thoughtfully chosen and well matched to the space they live in.

The company was founded by Mark Gringer, who spent more than 25 years in custom audio and home theater installation, including running Audio Services in New York. After relocating to Delray Beach, Florida, Mark founded Eardrum Audio to focus exclusively on high-performance audio and thoughtfully integrated modern systems.

More recently, Mark brought on his son Phil to lead the digital, marketing, and e-commerce side of the business. Together, they represent Eardrum at major industry events like AXPONA, connecting directly with manufacturers and customers.

What we do

We work with a carefully selected group of manufacturers whose products we know well and trust; chosen for design, performance, reliability, and how well they fit into complete systems.

Eardrum Audio is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. All products are new, fully warrantied, and sourced through official manufacturer or distributor channels.

We work directly with customers by phone and email, offering guidance on system matching, placement, and setup. Questions are handled by people who know the equipment and how it performs in real-world systems.
